hi;

I am a home version user. I upgraded to SFOS 18.0.0 GA-Build379.HF050620.1 version. but 2 ports of my quad ethernet card (realtek chip) did not work. how can i solve it.

What was the previous firmware version from where you upgraded to v18?

Could you please share the screenshot of the Interface from GUI?

Please also share the output of ifconfig from the advanced shell.

Is it installed in VM?

auto-negotiation was set manually. it improved when it was done automatically. thanks.
