XG Virtual WebAdmin Internal Server Error running HF050620.1

Hello,

The webadmin interface was working properly a few days ago, now all I get is 500: Internal Server Error when I try to open the Webadmin on port 4444.  The firewall is a VM with a Home license.  I checked and it is running the hotfix that was mentioned in another thread.  I tried rebooting the VM and the behavior stays the same.  The firewall appears to function, I am just unable to use the webadmin interface.

    Hi

Could you please try to restart the tomcat service by running the following command from Advanced Shell?

    SFVUNL_VM01_SFOS 17.5.11 MR-11# service tomcat:restart -d -s nosync
    200 OK
    SFVUNL_VM01_SFOS 17.5.11 MR-11#

If restarting the service does not resolve this issue, try to reboot the firewall. Let us know how it turns out for you.

    Thanks,

  • SFVH_XV01_SFOS 17.5.11 MR-11.HF050620.1# service tomcat:restart -d -s nosync
    200 OK

I already rebooted the firewall before starting the thread.  After the service restart, same behavior, 500: Internal Server Error

    Thanks.
