Unable To Access SAP Business One

Good day, hope everyone doing well. I'm new on Sophos, and months back we install Sophos XG Firewall on our main office. Recently, due we plan to setup VPN so we able to access SAP Business One when we out from main office. I already follow the instruction to setup VPN configuration and it did connect to main office when I at home. But, when I try to connect SAP B1 from my home, it show failed to connect to database. I got two thinking appear in my mind:

1. Something wrong in VPN configuration

2. I need to change the path of SAP B1 database on my machine

FYI, SAP B1 installed in my machine, and I only able to connect to database when I back to main office.

Hi,

looks like a server issue with it not accepting your external address as being valid.

Please make sure that if you have not applied NAT on VPN to LAN rule then traffic will take actual SSL VPN client IP to the server, Server should respond to queries from those IP addresses.

Did you check with other resources access?
