Note:

• The exception created does not bypass the policy checks. If it is required to bypass the policy checks, enable the Policy Checks option under the Skip the selected checks or actions section.
• The exceptions provided in this article are the base exception. Microsoft continuously updates its IP addresses and domains. Please refer to Office 365 URLs and IP address ranges for an updated list and refers to the article Sophos UTM/Sophos XG Firewall: Regular expressions for defining URL patterns for information on regex commands.

I am aware of this article. MS told us that the exceptions were changed since last September and that is why we are facing the slow download lately.

In the policy that was imported I skip all 3 options:

HTTPS decryption

Malware and content scanning

Policy checks

I know I can do it manually one by one. I was trying to avoid that. In Fortinet they have an api that checks in MS exclusion list and one button exclude. In Sophos we ad the list you gave us and it worked until lately.

Can you update the list into a new xml ASAP ?

FYI the "common 365" has more than 100 url
