I have sophos firewall and i can send email from my outlook to another one however cant send to gmail or other mail servers other than my local mail server how can i solve

    We need a little more information to understand your issue. Can you please explain your issue in detail and answer these questions:

    What is the SMTP deployment mode configured on your XG firewall? Is it MTA or Legacy mode? 

    What firmware version your XG firewall is on?

    Finally, a screenshot or logs would be amazing if possible!
