Static Routing between 3 networks..

Question

Hi, 
 I have 3 networks 
 MgmtA - 192.168.100.0/24 
 MgmtB - 192.168.101.0/24 
 MgmtC - 192.168.102.0/24 
 
 Port Configuration 
 
 Have configured Static Routes 
 
 And have setup firewall policy Lan Traffic 
 
 And can ping from 192.168.100.0/24 to 192.168.101.0/24 but not the other way around. 
 And cannot ping from 192.168.100.0/24 to 192.168.102.0/24 neither the other way around.

DNS Server in 192.168.100.0/24 
 esxi1 in 192.168.101.0/24 
 esxicomp1 in 192.168.102.0/24

Any thoughts what I'm missing.

 You don't need static routes for networks that are directly connected to any device doing routing (not just an XG). The router 'knows' where these networks are and will automatically route the traffic.

I resolved this problem by NOT creating any static route, and instead just creating gateways for each network, and creating LAN Traffic rule. 
 All devices can now ping each other.
