XG Firewall 17.5 MR12 Released

Thank you in advance.

One of our XG 430 Firewall is currently sitting in 17.5 MR8 is it okay to patch this new update manually? Or do they need to patch the previous one? What are the things they need to consider.

You may update the firmware manually, please take a backup before proceeding for the firmware upgrade.

Keyur . Is it safe to go from MR-8 to MR-12? Or do they need to do MR-9 first before going to 12?

Yes, you can upgrade from 17.5 MR8 to 17.5 MR12 but as suggested before, please take a backup before proceeding.
