Installed and running since around 2 hours ... Normaly, it means nothing, but last time the upgrade did not last much more ...

I'd like to download and install but all I get is software export compliance failures.

I downloaded for two different types of firewalls without problems. Are you sure you did not missed a step ?

I don't think I missed a step, I'm using the software licensing portal. I've never had problems before it always asks for my information due to export rules but this is the first time it fails with We’re sorry. Your request requires further validation before we can proceed.

I did change my Sophos ID account password a few days ago being paranoid with hackers exfiltrating data. Maybe that flagged something in the system?

The trade compliance team was able to help get things sorted out. I've since installed the 379 build and so far no network drops though the message about the Hotfix remains on the control center, was hoping that would disappear.
