I am trying to join a firewall that is already deployed and in the router's webadmin I see a section to connect it to sophos central. It doesn't take my sophos login information. Says wrong username/password. I can create a new sophos central account and then sign in but I want to use my credentials from the partner portal. I can run the light touch deployment but have issues managing it that way which I'm working to resolved but I want to add an already deployed firewall and it won't accept my credentials. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We have been evaluating sophos xg for weeks not with nothing but problems. some on our end but some just do not work as intended. Thanks
