The link that Sophos support provided me last week seems to still work. If it no longer works, your option is to log a support ticket to request the download link for a particular firmware file.

Hi,

there is a misunderstanding about the upgrade process, if you wish to use the migration of an existing XG configuration then you need v17.5.10 to go to v18.0.0. 354 otherwise you can upgrade to MR-11 and then download the 354 upgrade file.

yes ofcourse just going for upgrade towards MR11 and then further towards 18 will be just fine because indeed there is no existing configuration that I would like to migrate. Didn't think about it in that way :)

I am just waiting for such a solution. I made the configuration on MR11 and can't change to v18 ;-)
Configuration from MR11 cannot be transferred to MR10 and perform upgrade, and after upgrade from MR11 to v18 MR1 the network falls ;-)

Waiting for developers to release a corrected version of MR1...

ok now running into the same issue as you, customer on MR11 for some time and seems still no way to upgrade to v18...
