Total available WAN bandwidth Setting

Question

Hi, I have an XG106 with 17.5 MR11. In Traffic Shaping, the setting "Total available WAN bandwidth" is confusing. I have a VDSL2 WAN link with 15.0 Mbps download and 0.784 Mbps upload speeds. What should I set the Total available WAN bandwidth to? 
 
 I am moving shortly to a cable modem WAN link with 940 Mbps download and 40Mbps upload. What should I set the Total available WAN bandwidth to?
