I have a simple question about the Sophos Connect client and usage in XG that I am hoping can be answered quickly.
Without going into detail, we had to roll out the connect client promptly and refrain from using DNS (due to minimum bandwidth on a slow pipe with old equipment).
We upgraded to fiber this morning and want to add DNS back into the Sophos connect client.
Currently, the DNS Server 1 & 2 on the Sophos connect tab are blank. If we add DNS entries and click apply, will this force a new configuration file to need to be downloaded? And more importantly, will current VPN users become unable to connect using the Sophos Connect client until they download the new configuration?
Basically, we don't want to make any changes that would disrupt current production. However, we want to be able to use internal DNS (now) with our remote users.
