autentication

I'm having a problem with SATC authentication, I always have to restart the authentication service, especially when the user opens the outlook first, the solution and close the outloook, restart the authentication service, open the browser, and open some website, only then can the user authenticate.

So we are talking about the Thinclient and the Session will only be used after several attempts?

exact. I have a virtualized server on citrix, and users connect via thin client, SATC is installed normally. but some users cannot browse when they log in. especially when you open outlook before the browser. the solution and close outlook, restart the authentication service and open some website before outlook.
