I have followed below guide

https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123163

    Hi

The red X means that the CA is missing for that certificate. Please upload the CA under Certificate Authorities.

If the red X mark still appears after uploading the CA, please try to remove the certificate and than re-upload it.

    Thanks,

The certificate I got is provided by G Suite LDAP (These certificates are self-signed by Google, not provided by CA certificate) in .CER and .KEY file format.

Can I use these certificates and upload under Certificate Authorities under Sophos XG?

I have tried converting .CER to .PEM and tried to upload into Certificate authorities but it keep giving error "Certificate authority file may be corrupt"
