how to configuration site to site vpn ,Client having dynamic ip and client having mikrotik router

we have more than 20 remote site and i want configure site 2 site vpn between HO to Remote site. HO having static ip but all remote site having dynamic ip over dsl connection and all branch having mikrotik router.

Please help me to configure site to site vpn dynamic ip with mikrotik router .

Sophos XG IPsec Configuration (Initiate the tunnel from Sophos XG)

Local Gateway - WAN Interface of the Sophos XG

Remote Gateway - *

Remote End device IPsec Configuration (Responder Only)

Local Gateway - WAN Interface

Remote Gateway - Sophos XG public IP

Rest of the IPsec configuration, please refer the article- https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123140

Please make sure that all the tunnel configured with "*" as a remote gateway should have the same preshared key.
