Cannot Open Google translate

Hello Everyone

I try to open the translate.google.com/ URL but it doesn't open it says

I tried to create a user policy to allow the translate.google.com but it still doesn't open, I created a exception

but nothing. I doesn't open.

Anyone haw any ideas how to configure the firewall to open the google translate. Thank you.

If you have applied HTTPS scanning - https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/132997

https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123178

You may also check the log viewer and select web fro drop-down menu and apply a filter for IP and check for denied logs and allow that URLs as well

I tried all the above but still nothing.

What I find out is that at the Web Categories I can find the Category: Translators but I cannot find the category: Proxies.

As I have read google translate is at the category Proxies and Translators.

If you have applied for Web and App protection, please verify both to allow google translate.

Hi Nikolaos Zisis

For testing purposes, let us create a Source IP based firewall rule for specific IP and move the rule on top and apply the filtering and scanning as per the existing firewall rule. Please go to the log viewer and select Web component and apply a filter for specific IP and try to check denied URLs logs. Please check by applying/removing HTTPS scanning as well.
