Ok, so we acquired an XG firewall from our previous MSP. They had the vpn set up with users. All the users have a "per user certificate". Now that I want to add another user, I dont have that option within the certificate section. I have tried other ways to connect but it is not working. Any leads here? I have previously worked with other VPN servers before and the setup was straightforward so I am not sure what I am missing.
