Anyone know what's blocking Jitsi in Sophos XG?

Trying to use Jitsi and I'm able to connect to a conference/meeting just fine. Everything appears to be working but no one can hear me and I can't hear anyone else. When I bypass all policies on Sophos XG, everything works. The frustrating part is there are no errors in the logs to indicate what might be causing the issue. Just curious if anyone else has already gone down this rabbit hole of trying to identify what exactly is causing the issue with no log entries. I also have SSL/TLS inspection completely disabled due to some other issues.

  • Hi

I suggest you to create a test firewall for a source IP and do not apply any scanning or content filtering or restriction and apply them one by one and check which after which module/restriction the application stop working, you can use the packet capture utility to check the traffic.
