How to get a log of flapping link?

We have Sophos 310XG firewalls install in active-active HA mode. One of our Internet leased line is flapping continuously since last 15-20 days. When complaint logged with ISP, they are asking for flapping logs. Please suggest how can I collect these logs of las say 10 days? I am getting continuous notification of the link status.

Please login to the SSH console and execute the below commands.

system diagnostics show sysmsg

system diagnostics show syslog lines 1000

Please verify the Interface negotiation speed as well

Thanks for the answer.

What should be the command for the log of specific link say the link terminated on port 5.

And how should I know when the link went down and got up?
