Sophos Connect really show internet speeds

I just finished installing Sophos Connect and when I could be getting 90mb download <on my L2TP VPN that's what i'm getting> I'm only get 15mb. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Could you point to us your current deployment:

How much bandwidth is available on XG (Up/Down). How much on your Client?

If you say, L2TP gives you 90 mbit/s, it is a internal Download? The same as you tested with Sophos Connect ?

Please check the bandwidth utilization of the WAN interface?

Are you using a full tunnel or Split tunnel to connect Sophos Connect VPN?

Please check VPN to WAN firewall rule for Sophos Connect VPN for user to access Internet.

I haven't limited any bandwidth for VPN users. "Sophos Connect" uses the same VPN Source as PPTP and L2TP within the firewall and PPTP and L2TP has great download speed.

We have to setup a full tunnel since all of our environments are whitelisted to our office IP Address.

I checked the firewall rules and users have access to internet

My home internet is getting around 150mb with no internet

L2TP and PPTP gets around 90mb

Sophos Connect gets around 15mb
