I upgraded an XG 115 to v18 and ever since then the CPU has been normally sitting at 75% and will occasionally get up to 85-95%. The odd thing is there is only one person in the office.
Anyone else seeing similar issues?

Please write which version of v18 You have installed on XG 115.
I tried anything, and last i installed clean setup and reduced IPS signatures category, target and platform (if You have windows devices only, try to choose windows sinatures).
I think, You have problem with snort. You can also switch your SFOS to DPI mode and switch web protection to real time scanning.
