User being forced to authenticate

Just had an issue popping up where a user is being redirected to logging into the portal when going to web sites.

Nothing specific to the user has been done to cause this, except having the user a part of a group assigned to an SSL VPN configuration. Other users in the same group do not appear affected.

Does anyone have a pointer for what may be the culprit?

Could you please let us know when the users are asking for the Captive Portal or authentication page?

When they connected via VPN or LAN zone to access the Internet.

Did you enable "Match know user" option in VPN to WAN firewall rule?

XG210 running SFOS 18.0.0 GA-Build354

The only time we use an authentication page is for User Portal, and have not implemented Captive Portal.

We are not using "Match known user" on any rules.
