I understand, but if I want to create an outgoing rule only, I still have to choose any? I cant pick nothing?

So pre nat of outgoing should be LAN?

You can leave Any if firewall rule LAN to WAN has internal network specified under "Source networks and devices" or remove Any and add your internal network as original source.

If you are trying to create decoupled NAT rule for outbound traffic, please select MASQ profile under "Translated source[SNAT]".
