Error installing Firmware press y to reboot. (XG Home Edition)

Question

Dears Sophos Support Team, 
 
 Please what is the solution for this problem? 
 ERROR: Unable to install firmware". 80% as the following snapshot 
 Sophos XG Home SW-17.5.10 
 
 i tried all possible solutions, 
 change hard disk, replace ram, update bios 
 Please can you help me ASAP.

I had the same problem, it said "ERROR: unable to install firmware" "error installing firmwarepress y to reboot". I raised the RAM from 1GB to 2GB and it installed fine.
