DDNS service unavailable

HI,

Since 2020-03-31 23:50:11, I am getting the below error:

DDNS update for host xxxxxx.myfirewall.co was Failed. Last Updated with IP: x.x.x.x.Failure Reason: DDNS service unavailable.

Is it just me?

The last successful update was at 2020-03-31 23:45:05.

Version info: SFVH (SFOS 18.0.0 GA-Build354)

Let me know if any other info is needed.

Hi,

the Sophos DDNS service works for me.

I can recommend DNS-o-matic. You can add it as a second DDNS service.

Thanks Andreas.. actually this was a user error. I had migrated the internet from physical port to vlan, so the ddns config still had port. Changed and it is working.
