firewall groups

Anyone have any success using firewall groups for policy management? I try to add a firewall to a group and all my tasks are in the tasks queue as pending. nothing seems to get pushed to the devices in the group. i have a support ticket open, fyi.

Same problem here.

Sync seems to work only sometimes. Or not at all.

What could be the problem?

Sophos devolopment had to apply a manual software fix to each of my devices.

last update I had from support is: "Issue looks to be targeted for 18 MR2"

Just wondering, do you guys use any kind of umlaut or special characters in the groups?

Because happend to actually seems to destroy the configuration sync, if you put something with special characters (likely german umlaut) into the configuration of Central.

Going to be fixed, but wondering if this is the case in your installation.

Do you mean in the group name? Or in any config text?

Just double checked, but we did not use any special characters at all.

Is there a way to reset the sync?

It suddenly stopped working today.

Tried to remove and recconect to sophos central sync but did not work so far.

If it worked and suddenly stopped working, you should open a Support Case.

Checked my 6 Firewalls, can still push Objects into XG.

My Central Account is EU-Central1.

Same problem here.

I had not observed these posts on the same subject (my post https://community.sophos.com/products/xg-firewall/f/initial-setup/120961/sophos-central---firewall-management---tasks-queue/), but I am also unable to synchronize the equipment.
