Built-in email server

Build in email server by default will use port 25 only on the mention email address's MX record or mail domain. So email domain or mail server which required authentication and secure port communication ( like 465 or 587) will not work with Built in mail server settings over XG.

In such cases you may use "extenral email server" settings where you may define the required domain, port, security protocol and certificate with mail server connection.
