Max number of items on a Group?

Hi guys!

There are any documentation about the max number of:

- IP host in a Group.

- User in a Group.

My question is because right now, one of our customer upgrade his firewall from 17.5.9 to 17.5.10 and one of this crash the device (Need to re-imaging and import old config).

Some advice?

    Hi  

    There is no specific hard limit for IP host or users in the group and it should not caused the reported issue.

    We required to check logs, we might be able to check why the device got crashed if it is not re-image.

    Please share syslogs and sysmessage to analyze and share timestamp of the said event, it would help us to assist you better.
