Slow SSL VPN Performance

Hy!

I've setup an SSL VPN on my sophos xg it works well but the speeds are really bad 2-6mbit/s when i'm copy a file

Server side internet speed: 1000/200

Client side: 1000/300

TCP mode had better results than UDP.

I've tried to change MTU/MSS to 1460/1412 just as slow then before.

So what do i need to try?

Hi Svigelj Levi

Are you transferring files over FTP or SMB?

Have you tried with tunnel compression? from Show VPN settings > SSL VPN?

Hy!

thanks you much better result now it is 60-70 mbit/s with tcp and compression on but i think we need more speed for our work

After a minute the speed decreases to 30-40 mbit/s :(
