Site to site vpn issue with watchguard

A Site2Site Vpn between Sophos XG 17.5.9MR9 and Watchguard XTM25 v 11.10.1.8477570

The XG side has 3 vlans configured in the tunnel , Watchguard side one , as per picture below

Problem:

Randomly one of the vlan form the XG side , mostly the same though , is not able to reach the remote site anymore .

The "tunnel Status" is always green . Other vlans still continue to work flawlessly . On each side we couldn't find any errors reported .

Resetting the vpn obviously temporarily solve the issue

Hi StefanoColombo

When you face the issue, I would request you to capture the packet using packet capture utility in the firewall and check whether the traffic is being forwarded to tunnel or not, If it is being forwarded, please also capture the packet at the remote end device whether the traffic is being received or not.
