remote connection invalid

I follow this tutorial to create SSL VPN (Remote Access)

I Downloaded the SSL VPN client software and Log in using user and password, the connection was a success.
but I can't access to any pc or server in a company,
when I try to ping the server from cmd it gives me request time out, as you can see

I can't connect remotely to any device

in log viewer

anybody can help me

Hi Hanan Al Mutairi,

When you try to ping 192.168.10.26 after connecting to the SSL VPN, rune packet capture on the source IP address from the Diagnostics > Packet capture.

Follow this KB Article :Sophos XG Firewall: How to filter packets using packet capture

Post the screenshot of the packet capture. If traffic is forwarded to 192.168.10.26 and there is no reply traffic from the destination host than check with the workstation if ICMP is blocked by Windows Defender.

I want ask you if I can access to xg firewall from the browser after login to SSL VPN client?

because I can't access to xg firewall from browser until when try to ping IP from cmd it gives me request timed out

Hanan,

try to switch the SSL VPN from TCP do UDP under SHOW VPN Settings, download the ssl vpn package again and connect via ssl vpn.

Remove scan for http and malware.
