Sophos Connect client constantly disconnecting

All our Sophos Connect clients get disconnected every 15 minutes or less.

 

On the XG itself we see IPSEC terminated for all Sophos Connect VPN connections but they can reconnect

 

From  the Sophos Connect client we see Connection has been disabled by the gateway and Failed to establish child SA (Security Association)

    Please get a TSR from the one of the endpoint that is having this problem and send it to me via PM. I would like to rule out problem on the Client first and then it can help me to troubleshoot from the gateway side. Also please check for any logs on the gateway that will help us troubleshoot this while I investigate the TSR you send me from the client.
