XG Https Decrypt traffic and ESET antivirus

Hello Everyone

We have update the firmware to v18 in one of our clients and I have the following issue, when a user opens the browsers he gets a warning from the ESET antivirus saying Encrypted network traffic, Untrusted certificate . When I click on the certificate link it gives me the Sophos certificate.

In the default firewall rule I had clicked the "Scan HTTP and decrypted HTTPS". I un-clicked it but the pc continued to give the same warning, Do I have to disable the SSL / TLS Inspection. Anyone can help.

If you are decrypting HTTPS traffic you need to install the Certificate Authority.

Unchecking the checkbox should be enough. You may need to Control-F5 or restart browser to make sure you get new connections.

I have the same problem with firewall Sophos XG and Eset endpoint.

Allow "Ricky download" and Suspicious" resolved the issus.

Hi,

probably safer to add an exception for the set sites.
