Will my single port connection from switch to firewall cause bottleneck in downloading, streaming?

Hi.  I have a 100 Mbps fiber connection.  It's plugged to my recently upgraded Supermicro motherboard with 4 gigabit nics.  The other port naturally goes to my HP 1810 Layer 2 switch.  Connected to my layer 2 switch are NAS (downloads files from time to time at max speed of 100 Mbps- I can limit it not to impede streaming), 2 Unifi AC Lites (300 Mbps at 2.4 GHz, and 867 Mbps at 5 GHz), and 2 desktops (for surfing), 3 Android TV boxes (for streaming).

On my Unifi AC Lites, I've left the default lan turned on, Vlan 20, Vlan 30.  I have the same Vlan 20 and Vlan 30 on my HP 1810 switch.  Home users are on default lan.  Vlan 20 are for guests (no access to NAS) and Vlan 30 for iot devices (also no access to NAS).  The default lan are where all the home users are connected at.  

I have about 20 wireless devices shared by different family members.  

The HP 1810 is also configured with the default, Vlan 20 and Vlan 30.  

If only a single port from the switch is connected to XG firewall SFVH (SFOS 17.5.10 MR-10), will it cause bottleneck in streaming, data transfer, etc?  

I haven't done any Vlan config yet on my newly replaced XG firewall hardware.  The setup above is for my old XG hardware, which only has 2 ports, hence the config above.  Now that my new motherboard has 4 nics, how do I take advantage of it?  Is my question a valid concern?

    in theory the single connection to the XG will not cause bottlenecks with your current internet speed. All the traffic should be managed by your switch so only internet traffic and DHCP requests should go over your internal link.
