Problem with Sophos Connect in macOS Catalina

Whenever I open Sophos Connect from my Mac with Catalina 10.15.3, it shows Service unavailable, Please ensure the VPN service is Running.

I've tried to reinstall Sophos connect both putting the .app in the Bin and using uninstaller.sh file in /Library/Sophos Connect. Neither worked.

I also can't generate the technical support report and see the version of the app as shown in the image.

Sophos Connect is perfectly working on another machine with macOS 10.13.6

Am I the only one?

    I've tried to download again from the firewall (version 1.4.001), nothing has changed.

    I think there is something wrong with my user since it's working on the same machine using the administrator account.

    I had Shimo installed for a while, I suppose its helper changed something but never restored after being uninstalled.

    Do you have any idea how to solve this?
