Webpages intermittently throw "This site can't be reached" errors

Hello,

 

I have a strange one for one customer with a mixture of Windows 7,10 and OSX clients (approx 100)

 

Webpages will occasionaly not load and show the browsers standard "This site cannot be reached", however if refreshed, work like a charm.

 

I cannot see anything in the logs stopping this, I have tried with PS off etc, and the XG is not overloaded.

 

Any suggestions?

    Along with the other suggestions maybe double check your MTU side also.

     

    I have a issue with my ISP where the Sophos needs to be set to 1452 or I get similar issues and failed downloads etc.

    Just a thought :-)
