Webpages intermittently throw "This site can't be reached" errors

Hello,

I have a strange one for one customer with a mixture of Windows 7,10 and OSX clients (approx 100)

Webpages will occasionaly not load and show the browsers standard "This site cannot be reached", however if refreshed, work like a charm.

I cannot see anything in the logs stopping this, I have tried with PS off etc, and the XG is not overloaded.

Any suggestions?

  • Hi

As others have said, please check DNS first on XG and client computers (possibly even DC).  Ensure there is no routing loop either and check for DNS loop, whereby XG is pointed to DCs and DCs are pointed to the XG.

Also now that we have 2 different versions that behave very differently, please list the version number.

    Thanks!
