Bridged RED Device and Wireless

Hi,

I have just reconfigured an XG125w and a RED15w to be in a bridge setup, due some issues with the RED being on a different IP range.

This bridged setup has resolved by issues with the old setup but has stopped the AP on the RED15w from being sensed by the XG125w.

I have exhausted everything I can think off but it isn't showing up in the lists of Access Points on the SG125w.

I have tried it with the RED in it's own Zone, as well as in the LAN Zone.

The RED AP was in the Access Points list originally as it was working when it was it's own interface without being Bridged. As soon as added the RED to the Bridge the AP went inactive, so I delete it to see if it would reappear in the "Pending Access Points" list but it hasn't.

Any ideas?

Hello Andy

We have observed same when bridging two RED15w units, the access points do disappear. Did you find any solution to this?

By the way could this be that you cannot assign a zone to the bridge interface and therefore no wireless service possibility in device access?
