SSL VPN CONNECTION CAN'T CONNECT TO LAN NETWORK BUT CAN PING DEFAULT GATEWAY

I HAVE CONFIGURED SSL VPN for remote , but face challenge now i can ping default gateway but cant ping my devices in local area network,

please any one with idea of this problem... i need help

To ping XG from vpn, make sure that the ping under VPN zone box is ticked under Administration > Device access.

hello sir i have review my configuration VPN under ping box have been selected

but still i can not ping device on LAN network but still can ping default gateway of LAN network and firewall ip

Ok.

We need more information. Is XG the default gateway for your LAN resources?

If it is not, can you upload a network map?

yes sophos xg is defaut gatway

network strucutre:

ISP > FIREWALL > SWITCH >CLIENT COMPUTERS
