How to differentiate browsing history generated by sophos xg

i am getting browsing history of specific user, there are so many URL'S. i am able to identify some of them which are familiar to me, issue with rest of them.

i gone through the article, it so good. My Question is "there are so many URLs in Report or log, How to get details of each URL/ differentiate  each URL. It will be helpful to me to identify with type of web page is accessed by users.
