Why its not capturing file transfer data ?

Model: XG 135

FW: SFOS 17.5.9 MR-9

Hi Sameer Hamid

The logs which you are checking if for Web upload if any user has used a web uploader to upload the file, those logs will be shown here.

Could you please share more details on your observation? It would help us to assist you better.

Hi Keyur

In our company me employees use wetransfer.com to upload files. Firewall not creating any logs.
