HOPOPT connections

Good day,

After updating to Version 18 I notice in the Live connections are HOPOPT connections. Clicking on details does not provide useful informations:

Could someone tell me, is that normal?

I cannot find that display in my v18.

Please show the path you used to get this display?

Thanks for your time. Current activites -> Live connections press on other applications: These HOPOPT are not coming from a client PC, but from WAN Port, to see the details press on the number of the connections.
