Did you mention the end of October 2020? It is the end of November 2020 and still not resolved
I've installed the SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3, but the memory still shows 100% usage.
This is very bad marketing for Sophos. It’s amazing that you can’t solve this serious problem for almost a year.
I lost hope that this would be resolved soon and I am very disappointed in Sophos as the brand.
I've already recommended other vendors to my colleagues and told them about my bad experience with Sophos SNMP.
I will NEVER order any Sophos device again if I decide on it.
Alok mentioned that this would be resolved in MR4 which is yet to be released. We anticipate v18.0.4 to be soft released somewhere in the week of 7th December. This is not a commitment as further testing may delay release.

Stuart
Antonio, thank you for your post. I believe you are correct, the CPU usage and Memory utilisation OIDs are already available in HOST-Resource-mib - therefore I believe these are being removed from the Enterprise MIB.
Kind Regards,
Stuart
Yes, Linux OIDs are working, it is already mentioned in this post. But Sophos support told me over e-mail that they cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data. There are dedicated OIDs for this on Sophos XG and they are problematic
You are right: if an OID is published and available, it should work.
IMHO, I wish Sophos concentrate the effort to improve firewall capabilities and fix issues, rather than fix an SNMP issue where fortunately there is a workaround
Which native OIDs did you use?
