18.0-GA: WAF Creation Button is missing

Hello everybody, 
 
 after an fresh install of 18.0-GA i am not able to create WAF rules: 
 
 The "New WAF" button is missing. Any suggestions?

The option is not disappeared. It has been moved under action in the firewall rule. 
 I do not like this approach at all and even my customers will not be happy with that. I am sure a lot of people will not find the option or will not even consider that XG offers WAF.
