How to import the authentication Certificate into Network Agent under iOS 13?

Hi, 
 
 when using the Network Agent for Authentication under iOS 13, it is not possible to import the Certificate downloaded in the User Portal. 
 How to import it?

Hi dwayne 
 There is currently a known bug that exists since Apple changed the way iOS trusts certificates. 
 There is a patch available for both client device and XG. If you have a valid license and subscription, then you can log a case and request the patch to be applied.
