Can you please share some detail on how you are trying to transfer files? Are you using FTP or SMB for file transfer?

AWS requires PFS for phase 2 to be configured, I've read in other threads the solution was to disable PFS in phase 2.

I would recommend to contact technical support and open a service request to investigate the issue further.

I've checked Qos on internal network there's no issue. I have opened up service request.
