Network not stable (Request Timed Out)

Model: Sophos XG125

No IPS, No Bandwith Limit, No Dos & spoofing

DNS: 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4

Ping results from user to google not stable as attached. Any settings i need to aware of?

If the port is on an managed switch check the logfiles of the switch what is happening on the port.

This might help with the troubleshooting.
