Network not stable (Request Timed Out)

Model: Sophos XG125

No IPS, No Bandwith Limit, No Dos & spoofing

DNS: 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4

Ping results from user to google not stable as attached. Any settings i need to aware of?

I just found out that the interface keep on disconnected and show "unplug".

I changed others ethernet cable didn't solve the problem

Kuo,

Try another Ethernet port. If XG is attached to a switch, change the switch port also.

Changing the ethernet cable from LAN 1 to LAN 8 does solve the problems. But is this normal? Did i need to do the same thing in future?

Hi,

sounds like you have a faulty interface card and should submit a fault docket with the possibility of an RMA.
