SSL vpn client won't install properly

Getting this error when installing to Windows 10 64-bit.  The config came from XG Firewall with firmware SFOS 17.5.9 MR-9.

 

I get a small icon near lower right, near clock, says 0 sessions active.

How do I fix this?

    Hi jang430,

    Have you tried to uninstall the SSL VPN client and reinstall it? I would suggest you to try to reinstall the SSL VPN client as it could be the issue with the client. Let us know how it goes.
