All system gone down after APX740,APX320,AP55C firmware detections

1st Wi-fi connections gone down.
2nd Local connections gone down.
3rd Wan connection gone down.

I dont have any of these machines as seen in the log.
Just have Ubiquiti for strong wireless connected with static via lan to XG

I wonder what cause of this malfunction.

Do you mean the devices affected after firmware update shown in the logs but you don't have any of the devices in your network?

Could you please share more details? It would helps us to assist you better.

Yes Keyur, all systems gone down step by step. Wifi,Lan,Wan

There is no devices in my network as seen in the log.

Im using integrated app; W model of XG. Wireless protection enabled just for GUEST access (separated & isolated)

Id just like to give information about this situation.

Did Hard reset.

Do you mean, you don't own any of the listed devices such as APX740, APX320, AP55C but they are showing in the logs and incident happened.

I have confirmed in the local lab and found that XG will notify the updates available for various products in the Log Viewer but it cannot trigger any outage or reboot, It just a coincidence that both events happened at the same time.

Could you please share system logs and system messages by executing the below commands in Sophos XG SSH console?

Please login to the device console

4. Device Console

console> system diagnostics show sysmsg

console> system diagnostics show syslog lines 2000

Please share the output file to analyze the issue, please also share timestamp of the events occurred

Hi, this console commands prints lots of text lines to the screen.

How to dump these outputs to a text file?

You have to use putty and capture the logs in text file- https://putty.org.ru/articles/capture-putty-session-log.html
